The Shellfish Association of Great Britain has held an Annual Conference since 1969. It is the annual occasion in the UK shellfish calendar when the who’s who of the industry come together to hear about the latest research, learn about management of stocks, discuss how to market shellfish effectively and, of course, network.
The conference is held at the The Crown Estate offices, 1 St James Market, London with gala dinner held in the magnificent surroundings of Fishmongers’ Hall, our Annual Conference attracts world–class speakers from the UK, Europe and beyond.
The gastronomic highlight is our gala Annual Dinner in which Fishmongers’ Company Chief Executive, Stefan Pini, showcases the best in shellfish.
